How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges for your order, along with any applicable import duties and taxes (including VAT), will be automatically calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.
Will I be charged import duties and/or taxes?
Import duties and taxes vary from country to country based on tax regulations. The relevant import duties and taxes applicable to your purchase will be automatically calculated during checkout. You are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.
How long will it take to process my order?
If the item(s) you’ve ordered are in stock we will generally ship them within 1-4 days. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way!
Pre-orders will typically ship within twenty-four (24) hours of the product availability date. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on demand.
When will my shipment arrive?
Depending on your location and the delivery method you’ve chosen, your order will be delivered between 5-10 days from the shipment date. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as customs clearance, courier services, and other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Do you ship to P.O. box addresses?
No, we don’t ship our products to P.O. box addresses. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a P.O. box address is provided. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Simply enter this number on the courier’s website (e.g. FedEx / UPS / DHL) to track the progress of your order.
It looks like my order is stuck in customs. What should I do?
In some cases, local customs might ask for additional information to release your parcel, either by contacting you directly or by reaching out to us or the carrier for information about you. If you are contacted for additional information, make sure to provide it within the given time frame. If you don’t, the product may be returned to us, and we reserve the right to charge restocking fees. These fees will be communicated to you and deducted from your refund. You are responsible for dealing with local customs and providing any additional information required for the release of your parcel, as needed.
Can I cancel my order?
If your shipment hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel your order by contacting us at store@expressvpn.com with your order details. However, once the order has been processed by our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible.
